Transformation isn't always obvious while it's happening.
Day after day, you make small choices. You practice what God has taught you. You recognize old patterns more quickly. You return to truth when your thinking wanders.
Then one day, you notice:
Something is different.
A situation that once would have overwhelmed you doesn't have the same power.
You respond differently to something that once triggered an automatic reaction.
You no longer feel compelled to explain yourself.
You recognize a familiar pattern—and choose not to participate in it.
The circumstances may look similar, but you are not responding as the same person.
That's growth becoming visible.
Transformation doesn't mean you'll never struggle again. It doesn't mean every old temptation or thought disappears.
It means God's work is beginning to show itself in the way you actually live.
Don't overlook that.
Sometimes we're so focused on how far we still have to go that we fail to recognize how far God has already brought us.
Look back long enough to notice the difference.
Then thank Him for what you see.
